Hi there everyone.
Well after having a very long meeting with my social case worker and my job coach, they have been helping me find a job now for over a year and my temp job did not work out cause of my mental issues of anxiety and depression, they suggested that it may be time that I file for social security. SO I just spent some time doing research on the net as to where I would find the form for me to fill out online or to print up to mail. PLEASE I need your advice cause I am not having any luck. Could someone here provide me a link (I live in the US). THANK YOU SO MUCH in advance for your help! |

I would go into your local social security office and get the forms and go over them/talk to someone to make sure you understand what your next step is:
