It really frustrates me. OK how hard can it be? You have these big corporations that work with the government that make it insane to get medical insurance. Employers only have to offer benefits to full time employees.
Then you have to pay an arm and a leg to only get partial insurance. Is this the governments way of weeding out the poor? Cause us to spend every dime we have on medical so we can not afford to feed ourselves and are left wondering why our stomaches are so empty?
So Obama creates his "obama care" program for those inbetween insurance. Has anyone looked into it? It's $280 a month for one person. Seriously? Who can afford that?
It really irkes me. Everyone wants the consumer to spend spend spend. Give all of our money away, but they are taking 5 times more than what we are being paid. We are left in medical and financial debt for the entirety of our lives.
How does Canada have free medical and childcare yet here America is expecting a single mother (with an income of 1,600 a month) to put a child through day care at the same cost as if she were in a state college. 8,000 a year in childcare then you want us to pay 3,500 a year only for medical for one person, that would be 7000 for two. So they expect me to pay 15,000 a year just for medical and child care when my yearly income is 19,200. But I make too much money for government assistance, tell me how anyone can live off 4,200 a year
How?
If you make it impossible for everyone to live, you make it impossible for us to work. How can someone expect people to work for them, do the horrible jobs that they do not want to do, and make less than it costs to live?
It's downright sickening the system we have today. It's the newest form of slavery, it's been in existance since the dawn of time, it's been looked at as anything but slavery since the dawn of time but when we are forced to work labor jobs where we are put down and treated unfairly and we don't even make enough to eat on, that is slavery. Recession/slavery... Whatever name you call it, I'm sick of it.
I know slavery was much worse in the day, but because something was much worse before in no way shape or form takes away from its effect in the present.
It's really sick the way humans are treated. I'm sorry to rant but danget!!!!!!!!!
