I have been on SSDI for close to 3 years now. My case is being reviewed, which I expected.
The problem is, I don't know for sure all of the providers I have seen in the last 12 months. There is a lot I don't remember for quite some time as I was severely depressed and at one point attempted suicide. Any idea where I can get this info? |

Social security should have a record of who has billed for treating you. Go to their website or call them and ask what to do since you cannot remember that far back.

I just wrote down everything I knew for sure, which was enough to fill a book. Social security got records (that must have been a LOT of paper).
I just got my letter on Friday that my disability is continuing. |
