i have been jumping through hoops for disability now for awhile. dars has sent me to one exam and now sending me to another. have a lawyer firm helping and they have done an awesome job. but sending me to a phd doc for a second exam, i dont understand. their first doc they sent me to examined me and agreed i needed help. have provided lots of records. does anyone know any signs of when a decision will come down

I have no idea, not sure how you could find out. I never had to see their docs for anything. Got approved pretty quick, just went through review and that took probably 5 months this time

I had all sorts of documentation and saw their docs too for eval who gave me positive feedback for support. I didn't have any idea until got the letter indicating it had been approved, I am sorry to say. I wish I could tell you I knew sooner than that. According to the attorney, it is very favorable if their independent consultants/physicians are in support. Hang in there!!

Will they not admit him if he doesn't pay? I keep trying to stand my ground and tell him I won't pay for things, but I am unfortunately someone who is easily intimidated and as he has been willing to cut himself and has attempted suicide before I'm scared to death of what might happen
