I have a herniated disc, severe sleep apnea(stop breathing every 40-45 sec, depresion and PTSD from childhood abuse. I can no longer concetrate and despite my efforts my anger is out of control. I fear for my saftey and others when out in public. I was making 75k a year and now I wait for my appeal to be approved. I am waiting on a video confrence with the appeals judge. I was told I might get approved before confrence, with additional med info(doctors notes). Has anyone hear been through this video confrence, or know anything about it. I'm scared out of my wits and don't know what I will do. I am not eligble for un-employment because I was medically retired do too the back injury.

I keep hearing how wonderful cpap masks are for sleep apnea. I tried one for 4 months, I cannot sleep with 9 lbs of air forced down my throat. Keep in mind I was in the Navy and am used to wearing masks with air hoses that tether you to a manifold and have fallen asleep wearing them.

Any advice or experiences please.
