Hope this isn't too far afield, but it does revolve around insurance, or rather, lack thereof. Here are the 3 factors: uninsured, prescribed schedule II med, mail order. In researching mail order pharmacy sites, many can't be used on account of them being only for insured people. Did find some that do not seem to have this limitation. In general. And that's where the big problem is. In reading on their sites, they seem to have a strange arrangement regarding schedule II meds. If you have insurance, they will dispense them like anything else, no problem (with, of course the usual special requirements for schedule IIs). But if you don't have insurance, they will not dispense! WTF?! (I'm not asking for an actual explanation there -- just expressing frustration at the lack of parity for the uninsured, like it isn't bad enough already.)

So, here's the question: Has anyone else ever dealt with this? If so, did you find a mail order pharmacy (a reputable one of course) that works with this situation? Please share!

(The why of the mail order part is rather complicated, so just go with it, ok? Rest assured there's no funny business.)
