If a T has a doctorate degree, they should be able to get approved by Medicare. They just have to submit the paperwork (altho somebody here said there is about a $100 fee). When I had Medicaid, there were certain places I could get services from. I never had both together.

I had medicare and medicaid together for a while. I can't remember which was considered primary insurance. Your best bet is to call and talk to someone at both insurers and see who they cover.
