I know you're supposed to report if your condition gets better; but I'm not sure if you need to report that it's gotten...well; worse. I was wondering if anyone's dealt with this before? I hope this isn't really a silly question;;;

Are you already on disability? If so, then it's rather a moot issue. But if you get one of those forms from time to time to report on how things are going from them, then obviously you would want to tell them things are worse.

However, if you haven't yet qualified for diability, then this new, worse diagnosis could now make you qualified.

That is not a silly question. It's something I've just never thought of. I think Payne1's response makes good sense.
