I got my ssi hearing denial letter on my birthday. They denied me for a few reasons and most have me really upset and frankly just feel down right unfair. One because i am deemed uncredible because my statements. of my psyical abilites differ now from my original application . Well its been two years of course there things i can do now i couldn't do then. I have had some pysical theropy. Then they said i hadn't tried to seek any lengthy theropy which is just a lie. I saw my favorite. theropist for ovet two yrs. Then they discounted all the drs in my favor based on their dianosis but yet used their notes against me
So many things just don't make sense. One of the specialists i saw said i was able to concentrate and did perfectly fine in her office. Even though i had a mental breakdown in her office. She also said i told her i hadn't taken my meds for over 2 1/2 yrs which is a lie. How could she lie like that
? Why do they say my records go back to far. I am so upset and confused.

Another thing they used against me is a meeting I go to once a week. They say it proves i can socialize. Its the only time i go out and its with people twice my age who have problems like me. I can not socialize with my own peers like that.

Sorry you are having to struggle with this and that it is so confusing. I would get a lawyer to do an appeal; they don't get paid unless you succeed. They can probably sort through your material and find the strongest case/issues or at least explain better why you were denied when it seems so contradictory.

I have a lawyer. He thought we had it won. I will be talking to him tomorrow to try and figure a few things out. I have both mental and pysical issues
They agree to many of my issues
Say many are very severe yet they say i can still work a simple routine voc prep 2 type job with very little interaction with others. Whatever in the hell that's supose to mean.
