I'm getting really tired of my husband not communicating to me and/or being honest about finances. He doesn't seem very responsible lately and I'm sick of it. I think his friends are a bad influence and mooch off him. Idk how to get him to see this....
I also don't know why I'm super mad at him sometimes and love him so much the rest of the time. Maybe it's my bipolar

Have you asked him point blank that you want to know the financials ? You have a right as his wife of course .. Financial issues are hell on a marriage ... Can you ask your T for advice on this ?

This is a big red flag. I won't tell my tale here, but it really is something you need to address and Insist on.

I would ask to sit and do the finances with your husband for a month or two, get an idea of how they are done in case something happens to your husband, illness or death? That way you can see if he has a system that appears to work or is just "winging" it. Take an interest but try not to comment until after you understand it thoroughly? If he is unwilling to share what he is doing at all, to help you, I would address that with him.

My ex-husband did this and after I left I found out he was doing meth and gambling. He even figured out how to get cash off of my credit card! There should be NO secrets in a relationship, period. If you ask and he says no, go to the bank and have them help you. Your name is on all of the accounts, right? Don't let this go on any longer.
