I thought this insurance would be of some help, but I'm at a loss. My T wants me to do a partial or IOP program, but VERY FEW providers actually take my kind of Medicaid. The only one I have found so far is refusing to accept me back after my voluntary hospitalization. I called DCF, and they can't give me any advice on finding other providers. I called the numbers that are local to me on the providers list they emailed me, but all are wrong numbers or no longer in service. My T doesn't know where to look. The hospital did not manage to find any other organization than the one that is refusing to take me back... so now what? How is this stupid insurance helpful at all?!
211 has no leads, DCF isn't helpful. Medicaid's hotline wasn't helpful. I don't know what to do. I need services, but can't access any.
