I'm sorry but I am not familiar with the ACA or WC. Are they thru a past employer, state, or fed government? I wonder if you could hire a disability atty to state that you're unable to stay on your meds when you have to wait until your thousands of $ behind. I don't see how anyone making under a 6 figure income could ever manage this system. I'm on ssdi and medicare thru my disability. Before my medicare kicked in I was spending about $1k a month on meds not including therapy and pdoc. I would try working with a lawyer at this point. Also, many psych meds offer payment assistance for lower incomes.
Peace. Tnt Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk __________________ There is a thin line that separates laughter and pain, comedy and tragedy, humor and hurt.
