As many of us know from personal experience, the Work Capability Assessment is failing many people with mental illness. See the MIND Tyneside video for further examples:



The UK Work and Pensions Select Committee wants to hear from people with lived experience of mental illness, carers, families and organisations about how they have found the ESA assessment process.

Rethink have further information on how to comment at:
