I got a stack of Notice of Action letters today from Medicaid Wellcare saying they won't cover any of my chiropractor visits but I told them the very first time I went I will and can only do what my insurance will cover! It says they didn't obtain authorization but the lady there said they approved it!

Im freaking out a bit. It says numerous times that it is *not* a bill...well if its not a bill...but its being denied??? It says I don't owe the provider money but what happens??

Insurance companies let folks know about what might not be covered, after all is said and done. If need be, then you can appeal. As it says, it is not a bill, so please don't worry until you get a bill, if you do. Okay?
