I got a stack of Notice of Action letters today from Medicaid Wellcare saying they won't cover any of my chiropractor visits but I told them the very first time I went I will and can only do what my insurance will cover! It says they didn't obtain authorization but the lady there said they approved it!
Im freaking out a bit. It says numerous times that it is *not* a bill...well if its not a bill...but its being denied??? It says I don't owe the provider money but what happens?? |

Insurance companies let folks know about what might not be covered, after all is said and done. If need be, then you can appeal. As it says, it is not a bill, so please don't worry until you get a bill, if you do. Okay?
