I am in desperate need of therapy. I take my meds regularly, but I know the combo of therapy and meds is the way to go. I used to have an awesome therapist and since my insurance has changed I can no longer aford to see her. My copay are $70!!! The only person I can afford to see every month is my psych doc. This freaken sucks.

That's a very expensive co-pay. What ever happened to parity for mental health care?

Mine is $20 bucks per week which I had thought was rough being unemployed. I'm sorry to hear yours is that high!
