I want to work with an EN, but I have 2 gigantic concerns about unreasonable forceful behavior:

1. That they will try to force me into a very nasty job that no one wants just because those jobs are always available?

2. That they will try to force me into jobs that I cannot do without becoming more injured or sick... And that the burden of proof will be on me to prove that I cannot do the job.

HAS ANYONE HAD AN EXPERIENCE WITH AN EN THAT IS RELEVANT TO THESE CONCERNS? I only want first or second hand information, no propaganda, online advertisements, or other online or third party information.

My son does Ticket To Work through Vocational Rehabilitation. I don't know about the private Employment Networks though. Voc Rehab let him pick his program and are helping some with school fees and gas to get there. He's been working with a sheltered workshop for many years helping with job skills and strategies for applying for work with his disability. I wish I had a team like that helping me find work.
