So, my bipolar has me knowing I definitely do not need to go back to doing the previous type work I did. So, I feel my last resort is to go back to some type of warehouse, factory, or possibly stocking a grocery store. I've worked in all 3 in my younger days. Problem is, I need back surgery. I'm not supposed to lift anything via verbal order from doctor.

Does anyone in the medical billing field know how a person with no money, income, and no insurance would go about receiving help to get surgery? If I am refused ssdi, which I'm certain I will, I am going to have to get my back treated. Jobs standing and lifting are the only jobs hiring in my close vicinity.

Why is it that there are plenty of charities to help children and veterans, but nothing that I'm aware of for adults such as myself for needed medical expenses? Damn I wished I would freakin' die!

it is easy to go to that death wish when we have no resources. is there a family resource center in your area? try googling it. they usually know these types of resources available. if they are like the one I work at, they will go the extra mile to try to find you assistance.

I don't know how far you are willing to go for assistance but this is just an idea. I don't know how many states have "better" health care for their residents. (can you get Medicaid where you live not having finances. I know some states have it, some don't) But here is my sons story. I live in a sucky state for healthcare. my son had a bad knee forever. he moved to Arizona to help care for my parents but was unable to find employment so he went on state assistance. this included medical care. they paid for his knee surgery. I know moving is a big thing, but may be worth it.
