I am getting in more bills than income. I had an ailment that my doctor couldn't or wouldn't treat and I had to go to the emergency room. I will never go to the ER again. I cannot afford it!

Then I find out that my Obamacare Humana insurance premiums are going to increase by $100.00 per month. I could afford the insurance at the current price but I cannot afford an increase. No explanation was given for the hike in premiums. I don't qualify for Medicaid.

Now my car broke down. That will cost money to fix if it is fixable. This stinks!

Are you keeping up to date household books of your finances?

I find if I keep detailed books of how money moves in my home it makes things much easier to manage and plan.

Reduces a lot of anxiety as well.

Warerknob I'm in the same boat. Our truck just broke down and my dog had to go to the vet. My income doesn't have room for emergencies either.

I'm sorry you are having these troubles, too.
