Some here know that I work part-time. Don't bring in much; barely pays the rent, utilities, car, and food. Well, the car is gone. Not fixing it, there's nothing to fix it with. So, I cannot make the 34 mile round trip to work! Okay, that's reality.
The car died Wednesday. Yesterday, Saturday, I had an interview for p-t work and I can walk there. If it's sub-zero or raining hard, I can hop a bus if need be. I should know about the job tomorrow or Tuesday. I will have to let go of the car. Can't fix it but I still owe on it...another dilemma to face. I'm not giving up yet. I'm calm, upset, and determined all in the same breath. Don't know what to do exactly. I think sometimes when it's all too much and there's no other way out, I just have to let it all go! The only way to look is up...when you get flattened! Cat |

Don't know about where you are but here when I had a car crap out I let the place repo it. Took a small hit on my credit but nothing major. After they repoed it I think it came out to i still owed like $300 and so I made arrangements with them for that.
Good luck on getting the job that is closer to you. __________________ I think I need help 'cause I'm drowning in myself. It's sinking in, I can't pretend that I ain't been through hell. I think I need help---Papa Roach |
