So i was posting on another thread and realized my issue really needed its own post.
So my husband gets ssdi And his 3 sons get a portion of money. His oldest gets his money thru his mom. And my 2 boys get their money as me as the payee. They all get paid 4th weds of the month. Today my husband and 2 sons got paid and my youngest didnt. I called the bank and it wasnt an issue there. I called ss and they said they mailed a form to my old address from 3 years ago asking me to prove what the money was being spent on. I didnt get the letter so i didnt reply in time so they sent his check to the local office. I can pick it up at 9am tomorrow. I have an apt for aug 18th to bring receipts of how the money is spent. He gets 241 a month and i pay daycare 600 a month per kid so that is obviously where its going. And thats easy to get records from the daycare. Has anyone else had to do this? So i went to the office and got the check today. I didnt need to prove any receipts or anything. I just had to sign a form that i am still the payee. Problem solved  Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk |
