Now I'm on the medicaid hmo and have 2 ENT doctors my tubes in my ears have been plugged for the last three months because the new doctors tell me to back to the doctor that put them in also my PCP never calls me back . So what now?

Do you have to go to an ENT for ear tube cleaning? In my country the general practicioner's assistant usually does that.

Why can't you go back to the doctor that put them in? If your HMO doctors are telling you to go there, they'll pay (they can't make you go somewhere else if they won't pay). I'd call the HMO and argue it out with them.

If the doctor that put them in would have listened too me tell him that the ent before him 3 yrs ago said I had a little tear where they joined my ear canal after I had a mastiodectomy 20trs ago I wouldn't have the problem I told him 3 or4 times.
