My deductible went from zero to over $500 and I don't know what changed. I decided to apply to medical assistance for disabled working thinking that would help but since I didn't cancel my jan part d they aren't covering it either. Disability linkeage said something about how I would qualify for help with my insurance plan but still no clue the cost and that help isn't starting until I cancel my part d, which won't happen until the end of the month. I'm scared.
I have some samples of 60 mgs. I'm taking this week until I get paid next week, than I'll buy a week or 10 day supply for $250. I hope next month is better. I called the crisis line last night she said she would have someone contact me, I hope i get help. I can't work if I don't have the med. Than I'm back at square one. I see my psychiatrist Tuesday next week after 3 months because I was doing well. See how quickly that can change.

See if you are better off with DAWs. You might need prior authorization from your doctor, but most brand name meds will have a co-pay card that brings the price down.

Still too expensive, I'm calling the clinic to see if they can help. Never did get the call from the insurance people. I tried for 10 days worth and they jacked up the price on it. A$$holes.

Name brand meds have patient assistance programs that give you meds for free. Even if you don't meet every criteria apply anyway with a note explaining why meeting that criteria doesn't mean you can afford the med. I've never been turned down and have gotten a number of meds that way.
Rx Outreach | Patient Assistance Program, Discount Prescription Drugs is a good place for generics. They are much cheaper than anything else I ever tried when I was uninsured.
