I was working fulltime for two month before I was approved, I got fired. Than they say in March I went over the 1180. I have to re request paystubs to find out for sure, but I don't think I did. I was working 18 hours a week making 15/hr. I can't live without disability. I went off it once, wasn't abe to afford meds, stopped taking them and relasped. I contacted my case manager, because i don't know where to begin with proving I am disabled. I really can't do anything until Monday.
I'm not as worried as I should be. I feel like this is more of a warning. I do know there were a couple times my boss really needed me to work. So I am concerned I went over but when i got all my paychecks none pushed me over the 1173 mark I was told. Because I remember looking at that. Any advice?

I get “SSDI” for my mental illness and my young sister has a medical illness and was getting it as well. She went to the SSA office and asked how much she was allowed to earn from working part-time. The rep told her an amount. My sister started working and a year went by. Then she received a letter saying she owed them $5,000.
They also cut off her SSDI and Medicare. I knew better. I worked as a social worker for ten years. When that rep from SSA told my sister the amount but did not give it to her in writing...hell no. My sister is still paying them back.

Do you have a case manager that can help make calls and add everything up with you? SSA is a pain in the ****** and they hate being wrong. You need someone on your side that knows the system.

Exit interview is there such a thing in society and anything to prove the audit trail such as pay stubs.....I believe ssdi has some leway in matters such as this I would take it serious of course, so it depends on what is happening in your surrondings....

Yes I have a case manager. I sent her an email asking her to call. We ard meeting on Wednesday.

Well I am still disabled according to ssd and assigned to a different person.

Worked out a repayment plan thankfully it's not as big ofca bill as i was expecting.
