I have never experienced this, dlantern, so unfortunately I don't have a lot of advice to give to you. I hope other people here on PC will be able to help you. Perhaps you coul dtry to make a phone call or send an e-mail if you haven't already. I'm so sorry you have to go through all of this. It must be very annoying. I hope things will get better soon for you. I'm so sorry, I wish I've had more advice to give to you. Wish you good luck! Let us know how it goes. I'm so sorry you have to deal with this
