There's a trust, she took my name off it. My minor daughter is on it and my brother. I told her she's giving money to my ex husband because my daughter is a minor. I also said I want my name back in. I'm really hurt. Her lawyer told her to take me off because I have mental health issues. I don't know if I'll get put back in. I'm really upset that my ex husband will gain from my mother's death and i get screwed again.

Same thing happened to me only with a bit more cruelty. I'm sorry you have to deal with this. It really hurts.

 I'm sorry. Sounds painful. Hopefully your mom will be around a while. When your daughter turns 18, you ex will be "cut out."I don't have that much to pass on and hopefully my husband and I will be around for a while but I told my daughter I believe in dividing what I have 50/50. I would never cut one of my children out.

I also was cut out of my parent's will. The will stated this, and that I knew why. I never figured that one out, unless my mom hated me that much. I have 5 siblings, and none of them were treated like I was. I just look at it as I didn't want anything they had anyway, I have my own house hold. Just know that it isn't you that has the problem, it is your mom, and her lawyer. (((((((BIG HUGS)))))))

She said if I pay the lawyer fee she'll put me back in. I said I would pay after a fight about it. Basically I conceded.
