So my insurance has been great so far. I have no limits on visits for mental health, any blood work I will need done they will cover 100 percent, I only pay a copay, etc etc.
They mailed me yesterday to let me know they were offering me a free case manager. While I can find all sorts of articles on what they do online, I don't see any describing if they are actually worth using? Has anyone had this done before? Was it worth it? |

I have one through my insurance company and she is helpful though I don't use her much because I already have a case manager through a developmental disability service (I'm autistic). Case managers in general are able to find resources and insurance ones can sometimes help get things covered. I say it's worth trying.

I have a case manager. Love her! She has helped me get into so many different services. I'm even now living on my own with her help. Took some of the pressure off family.
