I have SSDI not SSI but there isnt much difference in review to my knowledge..
I was asked to list the last times I saw my doctors and which ones there were.. Had my Pdoc or medical Doctor talk to me about going back to work ? Theres only a handful of questions.. I always make a copy of the completed form for my records in case they " lose it or something" I send it by certified mail so I have proof it got to them. They send paperwork to your providers that they fill out.. So as long as your Doctors arent pushing you to get out and work then its nothing to be concerned about. But everytime I get it in the mail I stress over it, but I get a letter in 6-8 weeks saying. no further attention is needed , your benefits will continue. Try not to let it stress you out too much __________________ Helping others gets me out of my own head ~ |

My reviews have always been at the social security office in person. They ask a lot of questions and then say your benefits will continue.
