Super excited, I'll get bonuses from my job got a christmas bonus so I'm putting money aside. It's so awesome to work for this company. I have two sign on bonuses coming 3 months and six months. It'll be nice to have a buffer in the bank.

Yes still paying down debt but need to have a savings so i quit relying on credit cards. Some months are tighter than others. Just want to get situated.

Dear Aviza,

That sound's just great! The bonuses at 3 and 6 months will be helpful. It is hard to pay down debt and save. I have often struggled with that issue. It is bad when things are tight. I sure hope everything works out for the best for you in your new job and I also want to wish you an early "Happy New Year."!

Sincerely yours, Yao Wen

Thanks Wen.

Having money makes me happy. A savings account ads to my security. Financial security or lack thereof is huge stressor for me.

So I'm debating about the stimulus. Save half pay off a credit card with the other half. Or pay off a debt that's hanging over my head. Leaning towards the credit card, savings idea. Cause debt is interest free but a larger bill each month. Be nice to rid of a big bill. Tough decision plan to sit on stimulus for a while a decide.

So far put half in savings, going to sit on other half for now. Pay stuff as usual and just see how it goes.
