And I'm very worried I didn't get signed up for the insurance plan I choose. I have appts and no card I don't know what to do.

I left messages with my case manager the chosen health company, and mn care. I don't have my financial worker's number and it's a holiday and weekend.

If its through SSDI (disability) or SSA call: 1-800-772-1213 and see if they can help.

If you are on disability, i thought you got Medicare and thats it; whatever your state provides. Unfortunately, all states are different. How did you sign up? Maybe the state sent the cards late?
