Our ACT (Assertive Community Treatment, where you have a team of a therapist peer support case manager psychiatrist, etc., not the other therapy I can't remember) team doesn't have an eating disorder specialist and I really need one right now (I mean I might be moving out of region soon but let's assumee I'm staying).
My insurance won't pay for me to see two therapists. I really like this therapist and I'm court ordered to be with the ACT team so I think I'm stuck with her.
Do I have any options? I really want to be in some sort of eating disorder treatment that isn't IP or residential.
