Do you think I could pass? (Picture included)

I mean, obviously not right now because I'm super gross and boyish but, like, suppose I lost a ton of weight, learned how to do my makeup, and got a better hairstyle? Do you think I would have a chance, or would I need to start hormones first?

P.S. I'm 15 years old if that helps.

You have a really androgynous look right now. Honestly I find it hard to pin you as male or female right away. I'd have to start looking at other cues like how you hold yourself and such.

You have very nice soft features. Your face has a rounded feminine look and you have a very nice nose. You also have full lips. Assuming you are going for the feminine look, perhaps a layered hairstyle that frames your face nicely? You could pass, totally. You've got all the right features. And Adespota said, you do have a quite androgynous look otherwise.

Your question causes me to wonder why you're asking, LittleBlackStar.

Do you all really mean that? My sister said I looked masculine the other day. Isn't she right? I hope not. All of what you said made me happy. Also, TheSeamster, what do you mean by a layered hairstyle? I've been trying to look for styles that would look nice but I can't find any.

By layered I mean that kind of feathered look. It's kind of hard to explain, but layered hair tends to look more volumous and fluffy. I think a Nice style on you would be sideswept bangs and rather long hair. But I'm not all that smart about hair

And your sister needs glasses. You have a very feminine facial structure.

If I got started on antiandrogens would I be able to keep these features?

Seeing as that would increase the estrogen levels, most likely yes. Less testosterone would mean softer skin and a resdistribution of fat on the body. I suggest doing some research on further effects of antiandrogens and estrogen.

Well, I think if I can be put on anything it would only be the anti androgens because my dad totally doesn't get this. I'm going to be asking about them soon.

Honestly, it wouldn't be too hard for you to pass with how you are right now. You actually remind me a bit of a cisgender female friend I have.

What really matters is that you are you and that you behave / dress like the person you are inside. You are young and may not have the freedom to do that for a few years. But, you will. Plan ahead. Make close friends with whom you can be yourself and who you can openly discuss your feelings with and who share the same feelings.

No - you are not super gross by any means; please do not believe that.
Thanks for this!
