Just introducing myself, and was wondering how many others get caught off guard when people use their correct pronouns. I prefer Them/Their/They or he him his pronouns, and I just started really coming out about six months ago. I find that when people use my correct pronouns it kind of catches me off guard and i get pretty happy. Particularly if i don't know the person.

Ha, I know how that feels. Whenever I get addressed as Mr soandso my first thought is "Mr soandso? That's my dad! Huh? Oh! "
