Chat topic seems be differences between men and women and how they "should" be treated.

Someone smart said it's not as simple and btw gender is a spectrum.

I said Yes I'm not male nor female.

Someone acted all weird about it, like HUH WHAT I DONT UNDERSTAND?

Someone else claimed I joked , cuz of course everyone is a man or a woman!

Someone else laughed and said then I am an ANIMAL.

Thanks PC people for understanding.... I hope they get the same understanding (none) for their issues.

Like...

Depression, whats that thats a copout.

Abuse, that is just being weak.

Etc.

Nah I don't wish anyone bad, really... I'm just hurt.

Saying things like these is not popular I know. You should pretend everything is nice and supportive and if something goes wrong you should blame yourself.

Well, I'm not going to blame myself. Also it is recommended on this site if you get treated bad you use "good self help skills" meaning you are supposed to run from anyone who abuses you. I'm actually questioning if that is healthy.

Nevertheless. I guess I'm proven a freak once again. And I should use good self help skills and not make a mess, just silently disappear (it's not even OK on this place saying you're leaving)...

Hey Jimi- I am a trans masculine person new to this forum. I'm sorry to hear you've gotten so much disrespect and had to do such a lot of educating without much help from others. I hope you are feeling better today. -Pete
Thanks for this!

Thanks. I think I overreacted some though. But I guess I forgot people don't know all I know (and that I don't know all they know either)...

I wish people would ask and be open to learning I guess. I just get super mad when people are rude about it X(

Anyways, I dont think you over reacted. I think you were right to be mad/upset. I might have overeacted tho XD

I'm sorry you had to experience this -- here of all places I always thought of PC as a very supportive place.

But there are people here who DO understand and value you, just how you are.

I wish people would stop policing and questioning our gender and your experience.
