Absolutely. The only thing that makes someone trans is if they identify as a different gender than they were assigned at birth.

sometimes i feel like am trans but other times i think its BDD

Lots of trans people never get surgery or take hormones. That is completely your choice. It's not cut and dry.

Trans vs BDD is something that is a fairly commonly brought up, so you're certainly not alone there! Do you have any support from a therapist or psychiatrist?
