On a lighter note, I heard this years ago and it seems to be a fairly good predictor of whether or not a guy is single. It's not 100% but well over 50%:

If a man is walking in the woods and a tree falls, is he wrong if there isn't a woman around to see him?

single guys usually say no, and married guys or those with long-term girlfriends usually say yes. Cheers!
