Comments? I have read that women have a working advantage over men because they are able to multi-task much better. Having worked for several women bosses over the years, I have to say that none were good experiences. They tended to berate staff to increase productivity. In all these jobs, I worked very hard but was not treated well. I have found working for men to be better - communication in particular was more straightforward. Further, if I stood up to a male supervisor about mis-treatment, they handled it well. When I objected to mis-treatment by a female supervisor, I was accused of being a potential abuser. |

I don't really think of it that way. I have had male bosses who were horrible, and women bosses who were horrible.
I have had some women bosses who were really beneficial and helpful to me and my career, when sometimes some of the males basically were using me to get ahead. But, each his own, everyone's a different person, so hopefully we all get to see the best of everyone from now on...

Women have become much more Amazonian. Men have been too busy with their video games, beer and televised sports to notice the usurpation of power.
