How tight is it supposed to feel?
Also when I urinate in this way, the stream is very thin and high pressure. |

This is something you should bring to your MD's attention. I am uncircumcised and I don't have this problem. It may be that your foreskin is too tight. It's not a matter of feel; rather it's a matter of fit. Some guys have foreskin that fits tightly over the glans; others have foreskin that does not cover it entirely or is more loose. A tighter foreskin may also have a higher risk of infection. Please see your MD.

I'd rather not see my MD because I am insecure about it, just wanted to get an answer on a few things.
1. Is it normal for urine pressure to be high, and with a thin stream when your foreskin is pulled back? 2. Is it normal for the glans to be very sensitive? (I only realised that pulling the foreskin was supposed to go back at around about the age of 23. During my first sexual encounter i was in pain and when i realised it was below the glans i was concerned and then i pulled it back up.) I have been pulling it back regularly since, particularly after or during urination, just to try and loosen it. I think it's helped, but obviously not enough. |

You need to see a doctor because it is possible to get an infection there. The only reasons why the flow of urine could be thin is because you are (partially or fully) aroused or because you have prostate problems. Please see an MD. This is not something to fool around with; it could be serious.
