Hi
I've been searching frantically for a book on hormones and food.
Basically I want to find something with the following content. I don't care how old the book is.

-Which foods affect hormones the most, in terms of maybe their GL or other aspects.

-Meal timing and how what you eat and specifically When.. affects your hormones.

-I am hoping for something a little more serious than some of the 10 minute diet promise books out there. I don't care if it's a bit technical.

The book will specifically need to talk about hormones and how they can be affected by food and the lasting affect food and maybe alcohol has on hormones.

I'm still searching but I can't seem to find anything. Thanks

I did a google search "dietary endocrinology" and it seems a lot of medical schools have depts. Maybe you could email one of them for a book.

Looks like most everything has to do with thyroid and diabetes but I found this one on Amazon by searching "endocrinology diet" there may be more.

Thanks very much for that. I guess your knowledge of these matters is much better than my own. These look like exactly what I have been looking for.
Cheers.
