Hey guys

I have recently, or fairly recently, heard about a supplement called Tongkat Ali deprived from a herb that grows somewhere in Asia. It helps your body to make its own testosterone, which is the hormone men really need to function normally in every aspect, and it's responsible for lowering stress for males. Instead of giving you the hormone itself, which is very bad because it will make your body stop making the hormone since you're taking it, it will just help your body make it itself.

I suffer from laziness and lack of focus, and I feel like I'm not functioning well, and with disregarding major depression and severe anxiety, I figured this could have been caused by low testosterone levels, which is something I'm going to check with my doctor. I've been taking the mineral Zinc once a week for quite a while, which has been helping in some ways, but the one thing I really find from taking it is that it only increases my sex drive, but not much else.

Have you heard of Tongkat Ali before? Has any of you guys tried it?

Thank you so much for reading!
