I'm concerned because I cannot seem to alter an element of sexual desire. There are some aspects of my desire, without which, I cannot get sexually interested: 1) I am hooked on role play, where I am dominant and my female counterpart is fully compliant 2) I prefer a woman to be (at least pretend to be) slutty 3) While I ONLY desire women who are of legal age, I LOVE to have them dress up in sexy school-girl outfits 4) I have an absolute attraction to women who exhibit their legs.
I realize that these are NOT "normal" and I have tried to divert my attention to more socially acceptable desires...I just can't. Am I right to be concerned?
Thanks.

Hello Tophat1A: I see this is your first post here on PC. So... welcome to PsychCentral… from the Skeezyks! I hope you find the time you spend here to be of benefit.

With regard to your concerns, I'm certainly no expert with regard to these sorts of things. However, based on the many posts similar to yours I have read here on PC, & the replies they have received, I would have to say the types of sexual predilections you describe are not unusual. And, depending on how you define "normal", they're not at all abnormal either. Many people have sex-related fantasies & fetishes similar to what you describe. So to answer your question... no, from my perspective at least, this is not something you need to be concerned about.

The reality of the situation here seems to be that these sorts of predilections are pretty-much impossible to get rid of. The consensus of opinion seems to be that the appropriate way to deal with them is to simply indulge them safely. So, while it would certainly be wrong to try to impose this on a sexual partner, if you divulge your predilections, & your partner is willing to play along, then there's absolutely no harm or reason for embarrassment or shame. It can be all just good fun. Does that make sense? No need to be concerned...

PsychCentral is a great place to get information as well as support for mental health issues. There are many knowledgeable & caring members here. The more you post, & reply to other members’ posts, the more a part of the community you will become. Plus there are social groups you can join & chat rooms where you’ll be able to connect with other PC members in real time (once your first 5 posts have been reviewed & approved.) Lots of great stuff! So please keep posting!

Hey man I love the school girl outfits too, I have more of a fixation on the navel of a Lady, The slutty thing is just preference. To each their own. I'm not a big dominatrix type but again nothing to worry about man, it is just something you like.
