I don't know where else to post this, but I hope you guys have some advice for me. I'm an average weight male, 21. Had hormones tested and everything is fine.

I've been leaking urine and pre-seminal fluid when laying down for a couple of months. I went to the doctor and it was a very frustrating visit: I told him I am not sexually active and he still ordered an STI test. Of course it came back negative because *I'm not freaking sexually active*

I'm just now posting about this because it's becoming more frequent when I'm not laying down.

So I'm kinda at a loss here. I don't know what to do. I'm concerned it's something with my prostate but I don't want to go back to that doctor. I don't want to have to wear adult diapers for the rest of my life and I'm pretty young for this to happen.

Anyone had any similar experiences? Advice for me?

When I used to consume coffee in over abundances, like several pots, several times a day, and I wasn't sexually active, I would find some leakage sometimes, even without having been asleep or having had an erection. I also didn't masturbate at the time. When I started exercising that part of my body, sexually or masturbatorily, those emissions decreased and when I reduced the coffee, they stopped nearly entirely. Occasionally, 20 years later, some small amount will leak out, not urine and only enough to leave a tiny wet spot on my undies, but it's just how my body works and I'm ok with that. A doctor told me my prostate was overactive but it wasn't a problem level.

I've read that caffeine can be an issue. I stopped drinking it a while back and I've seen no improvement. I certainly am active with myself, and I've also tried not being active with myself.

Unfortunately neither of these saw any decrease, in fact it increased when I stopped interacting with myself.

This is so frustrating Leaking and Doctor

How about when you're sexually active with a partner? Does it get better?

I've never been sexually active with a partner and the way my life is going that's probably not a possibility in the near future. Unfortunately.

Ok. Well I suppose we can't answer that, for now. My life is not conducive to a good relationship but I do still have relations.
At your age, you're in your sexual prime, age-wise. I think I'm in my prime at 44, but it could be mania. Dunno. I had leakage all the time in my twenties but I also had an erection much more often than I didn't. I was hyper-hyper-sexual even when in depression. I was lucky enough to have girlfriends that were more than willing to appease me.

Well, that is quite lucky.

Unfortunately I live in a very religious and conservative state, and most people aren't so accepting of gay men, so I just kinda stay away until I can move out of this godforsaken place.

In any case, I suppose I should consult another doctor, perhaps? Medical stuff always confounds me.

Has anyone had this with 40mg prozac (OCD)? I mean, it's killed my libido, which is a con I've accepted in favor of the pros. I don't really get erections all that often; Mostly just when I wake up (morning wood) and when I decide to have one. I'm also on 200mg Lamictal and 400mg Gabapentin (Mood stabilizer, Anxiety). That's everything except zyrtec which I take to mg of in the morning.

I almost wish something would take mine away but only almost. I'm on Prozac too, and tegretol. It only takes a breeze to change mine into action mode or three smell if certain women. It's very difficult to mentally have to turn off that part of myself during my time at the gym or most other places.
I'm sorry that you don't have a gay community there. I live in Kentucky and there are quite a few non-straights around here. I've been to a gay club for the drag show and had a delightful time.

We'll just thought I'd share an update

I went to a different doctor today. He said it might be prostatitis or a UTI. Hopefully it's something instead of just being mysterious
