My wife and I divorced last October. I moved out and we sold our home almost a year ago. I have periodic contact, mainly just her coming to take our dog a few days at a time. We were together 8 years and married for 6 years.

I think I have cried every day for almost a year. The main issue, I think, was not having enough sex with her, although I thought it was more often tha0n she claims it was (maybe once a week). Now, every day I live with regret for not trying harder to make her happy and I just cannot move on. Of course, the idea of her moving on with someone else exacerbates my pain and anxiety. I try to exercise and shift my focus, but I am still just a mess.

Just reaching out if anyone has any tips.
