So i found this forum on google wasn't sure what to do with the situation I'm going to tell you guys.

So what happened today was that my gardener came as usual to cut some bushes etc. The bushes are in the front lawn he went towards the backyard to grabe the cutting tools and some sheet to pick up the leaves. The issue is that i was laying naked (sunbathing) in the back yard (although my backyard is closed on all sides and there's a door to which i gave the key to my gardener because most of the tools are stored there). And I'm pretty sure he saw he naked because i had my eyes closed and when i opened my eyes he was just leaving the back yard. And being a man i usually get boners when i sleep so at that time i jad one too. Now I don't know what to do should i talk to him about it? Or just ignore it? ( Im a man and gardener is also a male)

I would not mention it, just asume it's a male thing. Like when you go to the showers at the gym and people are just changing their clothes there and are all naked like nothing, between men it's nothing weird. On the other hand it was your house and, well it is expected that you do such things at your place, so don't overthink it. If you are still ashamed, it will go away in a couple weeks maybe, you'll forget and even laugh about it and even tell it to your friends.

When I was in school, and I mean late like 4th grade I peed myself during liturgy in front of everybody, I was an acolyte at the time so everyone saw me pee myself all over the place next to the priest. I had to stand there for the rest of the mass, with my eyes fixated at nothing and repeating to myself that I was not there and none of this was actually happening. Everyone laughed at me, and made a huge deal out of it for the next months. Nowadays I tell that story to my friends when we talk about embarrasing situations and just laugh it off, it's the same with almost everything. I have a lot of experiences like that, ones that even made me cry then but now make me laugh.

You shouldn't be embarrassed. If he didn't make a big deal about it then you shouldn't make a big deal about it. Believe it or not, there are some people out there that don't freakout over seeing someone in the buff. Personally I think way too much is made out of seeing someone nude in a non sexual setting. It just blows me away that people are such freaks about a naked human body. I think society would be so much better off if people could see a naked human body and just keep on going about their business like it's nothing. I don't want to turn this into a big rant so I'll just leave it at that.
