Hey there, fellas. I'm a 31 yr old dude with BPD, Bipolar 2, GAD, and MDD.

BPD is what I most strongly identify with. Most borderlines are women (75% or more, I think), so I'm having a really hard time finding a book that focuses on the unique challenges of men with BPD. In fact, some BPD books simply assume you're a chick and talk about menstrual periods and stuff (I was like WTF !).

Not sure how many other borderline guys are out here, but I'd appreciate any help finding such books. Thanks !
