From what I've been reading and hearing penile implants can help solve the problem, ( at least for 10-15 years ) . I know it's something most men don't what to talk about but it needs to be discussed. Even if I'm not going to have intercourse I still want to feel like a man again. It's all I got left. Will be talking to urologist on next visit. Any comments ?

Since I don't know the back story here, I don't really know what to say. Hopefully your urologist will give you the pros and cons are various courses of action so that you can make a helpful and well informed decision. So sorry I could not helpful! Sometimes wanting to be helpful is not enough. One has to know stuff and I am at a loss there.

Turns out that drastic measure is not needed. Seems like I just got to get away from all those negative vibes . With a willing partner who would give a crap about me I wouldn't have any problems. I don't know how much time I have left but I sure don't want to spend it with a nasty woman who holds grudges from 40 years ago. Give me a break. Is she perfect ? Is she God ?
