I have recently discovered that one of my friends is a narcissist. Being one myself, I looked at it with the knowledge that I do so much intentionally, to use and manipulate people. It made me realize that she was playing me for a sap. Now whenever I see her name on my phone, I'm filled with intense rage. My mom pointed out that I'm really the only friend she has, which does puff up my ego. I want to drop her as a friend so badly, but I wonder if ruining a seven year friendship is worth it. I don't know what to do...

Hello, ncisfan1212. How do you ruin a friendship you want to leave because just seeing her name causes intense rage?
