Can a cerebral narcissist also have hpd? The cerebral narcissist is said to care about their intelligence not necessarily their body. But could the cerebral N try to seek reassurance in his appearance the way the histrionic does? Or does the N rarely think of his appearance at all?

In my opinion, yes. I've known a couple of cerebral narcissists that also have a distinct histrionic flare to them.
