OK heres my thing, I stick my finger up my nose not just once but constantly during a day. I don't do it everyday but if I feel that there is something there, then I am at it all day, once I start. I just can't seem to stop.

I count and count such as days from an event to an outcome eg: age of dog from mating until pups are born. I already know the answer but will do it over and over and over until I am going crazy.......

Is this OCD? as I have never had a DX. Only recently was Dx with Bipolar 2 after suffering much of my life.
