I'm really struggling with my thoughts right now. I keep going back to when I was five and how OCD affected me then and how helpless I felt. Does anyone else struggle with being overwhelmed with these types of memories from the past? How do you deal with it?

The memories from the past bother me a great deal. (My sister and I were sexually molested by our father and grandfather). I have to listen to music at night while sleeping. During the day, I have to do something, house work, pray, talk to someone, work, etc. I have OCD, also. I have to keep my mind occupied or it goes off on tangents that I can't seem to control. Even when I am trying to keep my mind occupied sometimes, it still goes off on tangents. I don't know if this helps any.
