Thanks for the support Pup. I just needed to vent really. This is driving me crazy. I try not to let it get to me but after 4 hours of nonstop uncontrollable tapping I start to lose it!!!!

Sorry to hear about your very distressing sympton with OCD and I have to honestly say that I havnt heard or come across this issue before.How distressing it must be for you. I have eppisodes of similar nature that come and go where I would have to touch a part of a construction like a wall in the house or table or a surface of such nature with all five tips of my fingers and nails of either my left or right (and sometimes synchronise with both) and tap several times and let go and then all is fine.I feel your anguish.
